St Nectan’s Glen has a new, purpose-built retreat with its own multi-level Zen gardens. A spiritual haven for centuries, it’s hidden in a magical location within earshot of a 40-foot waterfall. There are an indoor yoga space and a treatment room where our talented therapist, Bindle, offers healing and massage sessions on request.
The Glen is known for its healing powers and spirituality. It’s a sacred spot that attracts soul seekers from around the globe. Explore its private gardens and acres of woodland. Trails start from the doorstep and relaxing seating overlooks Cornwall’s rolling hills.
St Nectan’s Glen is accessed on foot, following a stream through a pristine natural landscape. It’s tucked away so you won’t be disturbed once the cafe and shop visitors have left.
It’s near the North Cornwall towns of Tintagel and Boscastle, whose legends make them both worth a visit. The South West Coast Path is nearby, as are North Cornwall’s beautiful beaches for swimming, surfing, or sunbathing on your afternoons at leisure.
