The house is gated so you can shut the gate and have your own private space to enjoy, perfect for families. The house is near the centre of Falmouth but not right in the centre, so you can choose whether to be involved with the activities of Falmouth or just enjoy your own piece if it. Falmouth is a very popular location because it has something or everyone, bars, restaurants and shops. Also there are plenty of water sports and beaches to enjoy in the area, so a great location for a family holiday.
