The open-plan living space combines kitchen, dining, and sitting areas. The kitchen has an oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, and dishwasher. Two TVs and WiFi are provided throughout.

Daymer Bay Beach is 2.6km away, a sheltered estuary beach with calm, shallow water at the mouth of the Camel. Greenaway Beach, a quieter cove with rock pools, is 3km.

A pub is 0.2 miles away, and a shop is within 0.6 miles. The water taxi from Rock to Padstow runs every 20 minutes, giving access to Rick Stein's restaurants and the harbour. The Camel Trail cycle path starts at Wadebridge, about 4 miles south. Off-road parking for three cars is included.
