99 Tower Road

99 Tower Road is a three-storey mid-terrace cottage in Newquay, sleeping 12 in six bedrooms. Fistral Beach is 600m away, and two pets are welcome.

The ground floor has a double bedroom with en-suite shower. Upper floors hold a king-size, a double, two twin rooms and a bunk room. The main bathroom features a freestanding bath, walk-in shower and handheld shower. A second shower room is on the top floor. Downstairs, the kitchen has a range cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. A separate dining room, sitting room, utility and first-floor snug give the group space to spread out.

Outside, an enclosed courtyard has furniture, and a separate enclosed garden offers patio seating and a shed. Off-road parking is to the rear. Hotel-quality bed linen and towels are included.

Fistral Beach, where international surf competitions run through the season, is a short walk west. Towan Beach and Newquay harbour are 700m east, and Great Western Beach is 1.1km. The town centre - shops, pubs and restaurants - is within a few minutes on foot. A minimum three-night stay applies from May through September.
