April Cottage

April Cottage is a three-bedroom property in Falmouth's town centre, within walking distance of the harbour, shops, and restaurants. A wood-burning stove in the living room adds warmth in cooler months.

The cottage has a king-size bedroom, a twin, and a single - sleeping five across the three rooms. A single bathroom includes a freestanding bath, walk-in shower, heated towel rail, and WC. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, and dishwasher. A Smart TV and Wi-Fi are provided, along with a selection of books.

An enclosed front patio with furniture offers outdoor seating, and a rear courtyard provides additional space. Roadside parking is available nearby via a short lane. A travel cot is available on request. The nearest pub is 150 metres away, with shops around 300 metres.

Castle Beach - a sand-and-shingle stretch below Pendennis Castle with rock pools and good snorkelling - is 1.7km from the cottage. Gyllyngvase Beach, Falmouth's Blue Flag sandy beach with a cafe, showers, and summer lifeguards, is the same distance. Swanpool Beach lies 2km south. The National Maritime Museum and Pendennis Castle are both within easy reach on foot.
