A three-bedroom cottage on the edge of Mevagissey, one of south Cornwall's working fishing villages where boats still land catches on the double harbour quay. The property includes a dedicated games room - a practical draw for families or groups on rainy days.

Inside, a king-size double has its own en-suite bathroom with bath and shower. A second double bedroom and a bunk room make up the remaining sleeping space, with a separate shower room serving both. The sitting room has a wood-burning stove for cooler evenings, and the kitchen-diner comes fitted with dishwasher, microwave, and fridge-freezer. WiFi is included throughout.

Roadside parking sits outside, and a patio with garden furniture provides an outdoor seating area. One dog is welcome. Pentewan Beach - a long stretch of golden sand with summer lifeguards, kayaking, and paddleboarding - is 1.9 km away. Gorran Haven Beach, a calm, harbour-sheltered cove, lies 3.6 km south along the coast.

Mevagissey's narrow car-free lanes hold independent shops, tea rooms, and traditional pubs. The harbour has fresh crab and fish sold daily, and a summer ferry runs across to Fowey. Shops and pubs are a 10-minute walk from the cottage.
