Wild Acres

Wild Acres is a 5-bedroom farmhouse set on 7 acres near Coverack on the eastern Lizard coast, sleeping 10 across the house with 2 bathrooms. It sits on one of the few sizeable rural plots available on the Lizard, giving a genuine sense of space and separation from neighbouring properties - rare for a group house at this end of Cornwall.

Outside, there is a hot tub, a BBQ, and an enclosed garden. Dogs are welcome in both the house and grounds. WiFi, parking, and a dishwasher are included. Changeover is Friday.

Cadgwith Beach is 2 miles away - a working fishing village on two shingle coves where local boats land their catch daily and the Cadgwith Cove Inn overlooks the water. Coverack itself is 3 miles, with a small sandy beach that appears at low tide and a sheltered harbour. Kynance Cove is 4 miles south, one of the most photographed beaches on the Lizard for its turquoise water and stacked rock formations. The South West Coast Path passes through all three.

**Best for:** Large groups or extended families wanting a spacious base on the Lizard with private outdoor space, dog-friendly grounds, and easy access to quieter south coast beaches and fishing villages. **Less good for:** Groups needing more bathrooms - 2 bathrooms for 10 guests will require some coordination, and the Lizard location means a 30-minute drive to Falmouth or Helston for larger supermarkets.
