Enjoy walks along country lanes or join the St Michael s Way Pilgrimage route to Lelant near St Ives and experience the historical significance of this path (recently the theme of a TV series about Cornwall). Catch a train from St Erth (3 miles) into St Ives and delight at the beauty of one of the most handsome train journeys in the land. Explore Marazion (2. 5 miles) on the shores of Mount s Bay with its quaint streets lined with beautiful old cottages and elegant merchants houses and at low tide walk the causeway over to St Michael s Mount to marvel at the 360-degree views from the top. Stepping up into the characterful hut you will find yourself in the open-plan kitchen/dining/sleeping area. Tucked away at the far end under the curved ceiling is a double bed with a retro tubular frame.
