This property overlooks the Copperhouse Pool, a tidal pool which is also a protected RSPB nature reserve. Here you can observe many different types of ducks and wading birds that return every Autumn and Winter. Lining this area is King George’s Walk where you can stroll along the promenade and enjoy the well tended gardens.  Pop into the cafés at either end to treat yourself to coffee and cake if you fancy it. There is even an open air public swimming pool nearby to visit during the summer months. St Ives, a favourite with artists, surfers and holidaymakers, is a short drive away. Local attractions include Tate St Ives, Karting and Geevor Tin Mine, and for the young at heart, Paradise Theme park. Also, nearby are the popular towns of Penzance, Lands End and the beautiful beaches of Sennen Cove.
