Little Croft

Little Croft is a two-bedroom cottage for 2 on the edge of Goonhavern village, under 10 minutes by car from Perranporth and its three-mile beach. The cottage is one of five (alongside Croft Cottage, Beech Croft, Hazel Croft and Pine Croft) set across almost four acres of shared mature gardens, fields and woodland.

Inside, the cottage has two bedrooms, one bathroom, and a kitchen fitted with a washing machine and wifi. The interior is laid out for couples rather than larger groups. Access is accessible and dogs are welcome - an enclosed paddock in the grounds gives a safe off-lead run.

Outside, the cottage has its own outdoor space alongside access to the shared grounds and paddock. Private parking is included, with an EV charging point on site. Perranporth Beach lies 2.5 miles away for surf schools, cafes and seasonal lifeguards, with St Agnes along the coast for old mining heritage walks.

Goonhavern village has a local shop and post office, a pub and a large garden centre with cafes and a greengrocer, all a short walk from the cottage. Truro (Cornwall's cathedral city) and Newquay are both around 15 minutes by car, giving the cottage a practical base for touring the north coast and the central belt.
