Pine Croft

Pine Croft is a two-bedroom cottage for 4 on the edge of Goonhavern village, under 10 minutes by car from Perranporth and its three-mile beach. The cottage sits within a group of five (alongside Little Croft, Croft Cottage, Beech Croft and Hazel Croft), sharing nearly four acres of mature gardens, fields and small areas of woodland.

Inside, the cottage has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, an open fire in the living room, and a kitchen fitted with a dishwasher and washing machine. Wifi runs throughout. The layout suits couples or a small family, and dogs are welcome. An EV charging point is available on site.

Outside, each cottage has its own outside space, with visitors encouraged to use the wider grounds - an enclosed paddock is set aside for dog exercise. Private parking is included. Perranporth Beach lies 2.5 miles away with surf hire, cafes and seasonal lifeguards.

Goonhavern village has a local shop and post office, a pub and a large garden centre with cafes and a greengrocer, all a short walk from the cottage. Truro (cathedral city) and Newquay are around 15 minutes by road, making this a practical base for touring both coasts and the inland areas of Cornwall.
