Roswidden on the Cliff is a five-bedroom detached property in Treyarnon Bay on the north Cornwall coast, sleeping eleven in a triple bunk bedroom, a super-king room, a double and two twins. A clifftop position with direct access to the coast path and beach below, plus parking for up to four cars, sets it apart from accommodation set further back in the village.

Inside, the house has a ground-floor bedroom and shower room, along with four bathrooms across the property. The flexible bedroom layout suits a family, two or three families sharing, a multi-generational group, or a celebratory gathering. Wifi runs throughout, there is an open fire, dishwasher, washing machine, accessible ground-floor access and dog-friendly policy.

Outside, the plot has plenty of garden and terrace space with sea views across Treyarnon Bay, one of the Seven Bays of north Cornwall. The beach itself is a short walk down, with a beach shop and seasonal cafe in the main car park opposite. The coast path runs right past the property in both directions.

St Merryn village is a few minutes' drive for a pub, restaurant, fish and chip shop, Spar store, post office and bakery. Padstow is a 15-minute drive. The other six bays at Porthcothan, Constantine, Booby's Bay, Mother Ivey's Bay, Harlyn and Trevone are all within 15 minutes by car. Prices start from GBP 1775 per week with Friday changeovers.
