Just a ten-minute drive from the old packet port of Falmouth with its maritime history and glorious sandy beaches, this attractive detached double-glazed stone barn, carefully converted and furnished to provide comfortable accommodation is in the small hamlet of Crowsmeneggus, close to the village of Ponsanooth.

Set in beautiful countryside with tranquil views from the inverted accommodation and an array of wildlife walks around Kennall Vale Nature Reserve and Restronguet Creek nearby, it is approached by a gated drive that leads to the spacious parking area.

There are two local pubs within a mile of the property and several small shops in the surrounding villages less than 2 miles away. The gardens of Trelissick, Glendurgan and Trebah are a short drive as is the impressive National Maritime Museum at Falmouth and the Cathedral city of Truro is only 7 miles by car.
