Description
Treyarnon Bay lies on Cornwall’s North Coast between Padstow and Newquay and is a popular location with holidaymakers. The sandy beach and Atlantic swell make it a favorite for surfers and bodyboarders. But the hidden tidal pool just along the coast path is a good spot for paddling and wild swimming, even in the winter months. The pool is freshly filled with seawater with each rising tide. As the tide ebbs and flows, the beach backdrop changes size and shape, providing a constantly changing and exhilarating wild swimming experience.
