3 The Boat House is a first-floor apartment at Helford Passage, sleeping 2 across two bedrooms, with river views from the living and dining areas. The apartment has been renovated throughout and sits a short step back from the busier part of the beach and river frontage.

Inside, the layout covers two bedrooms, one bathroom and an open-plan living and dining area with outlook across the Helford River. The kitchen includes a washing machine and wifi runs throughout. Access is accessible and pets are not accepted.

Outside, the apartment has its own parking space and shares on-site facilities with the other Helford Passage properties, including the heated outdoor pool open from May to September. Helford Passage Beach sits a few steps from the door, along with the Ferryboat Inn for seafood dishes.

Helford Passage sits on the north bank of the Helford River. The foot ferry crosses to Helford village, and walks from there lead to Frenchman's Creek of Daphne du Maurier fame. Trebah and Glendurgan Gardens are a short drive inland, and Falmouth lies around 20 minutes by road for shops and the National Maritime Museum.
