Original features include wood panelling and a feature fireplace in what was once the inn's dining room.

The heated outdoor swimming pool on-site is open from 1 May to the end of September; kayak and paddleboard hire is also available. The Ferryboat Inn next door serves seafood and hosts music nights.

Best for a couple who want real character, direct river access, and an on-site pool in summer. At GBP750/week from, it represents fair value for Helford Passage. Less suited to families or groups needing to sleep more than two.
