This immaculate single-storey chalet is surrounded by countryside but is just 1 mile from Porthcothan Bay Beach, where cliffs shelter a sandy beach and the South West Coast Path offers spectacular views to the north and south. The surrounding area is home to a wide variety of sea birds and the cliffs are often grazed by ponies and sheep, which helps with conservation of local plant life. The local inn has a beer garden with views of the bay and hosts live bands, and the village of St Merryn, 3 miles away, and the town of Padstow, 5 miles away, offer an excellent choice of pubs and restaurants. If it’s nightlife you’re after, the popular surf town of Newquay is 9 miles away.

There are two steps to enter this property and the interior of the chalet is beautifully furnished in a contemporary style. The open-plan living area has separate areas for relaxing and dining, sliding glass doors, as well as a kitchen area with a small breakfast bar. The double bedroom opens onto an en-suite shower room and another bedroom has zip-and-link beds that can be joined together to create a super-king-size bed by request. Both bedrooms have Smart TVs.

The living area opens out onto a private patio area complete with a picnic bench and BBQ and there is also a shared garden area.
