St Merryn is a hidden gem with a friendly atmosphere, local convenience stores and delis, and a wide variety of places to eat. Facilities on St Merryn Park include a sports bar, restaurant, children’s play area and tennis courts. Padstow (4 miles)is home to a working fishing harbour and some fantastic seafood restaurants. If it’s a walking or cycling holiday you are looking for, St Merryn is an excellent choice with many footpaths and the Camel Trail close by. For the surfers and beach-goers, there are many beautiful bays within 2-3 miles of the property.

This detached bungalow is bright, breezy and welcoming. Entering through the large porch, the lounge/diner has two comfortable sofas, Smart TV, an electric fire and a light-filled dining area. The well-equipped kitchen has everything a holiday chef could need. There are three cosy bedrooms, one with a double bed, one with twin single beds and one with a bunk-bed. The bathroom has a shower over the bath and WC.

Outside, the large lawned garden encircles the property and offers plenty of space for those with excess energy to burn. The picnic table and benches are perfect for enjoying some outdoor dining in the Cornish sunshine.
