Bays Reach is a three-bedroom bungalow on St Merryn holiday park, sleeping six on the north Cornwall coast. It sits close to the Seven Bays of St Merryn, with Padstow around four miles away, and works well for families or dog owners thanks to its fully enclosed garden and single-storey layout.

Inside, the lounge/diner has a sofa area with a wood burner-effect electric fire and a separate dining table. The compact kitchen is bright and well equipped, with a freezer and washing machine in an adjacent utility area. Accommodation runs to two double bedrooms and a bunk room for children, sharing a family bathroom with shower over bath. Wifi is provided throughout.

Outside, a long front garden and private driveway give the property a sense of privacy, with an enclosed lawned garden to the rear bordered by mature shrubs and set up for alfresco meals around a picnic bench. Up to two dogs are welcome.

The nearest beaches are Porthcothan Bay (2.1 miles), Treyarnon Bay (2.2 miles) and Harlyn Bay (2.2 miles), with Constantine Bay and the other bays of St Merryn within easy reach. On the park itself there is a shop, bar-restaurant, tennis courts, football field and an enclosed dog walking area. St Merryn village, Padstow town and the surrounding coast path offer further pubs, restaurants, galleries, cycling and walking.
