Kitchen. Dining room with table tennis table. Sitting room with wood burning stove.

Microwave, fridge, fridge-freezer, Wine and beer cooler, tumble dryer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with DVD, WiFi, Playstation 3, table tennis table. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available on request. Off road parking for five cars. Enclosed garden with BBQ. Two well behaved pets welcome (see note below). Sorry no smoking. Pub less than 1 mile from property. Note: There are no downstair toilets in the property, they are all upstairs in the ensuite shower rooms and family bathroom. Note: Dogs are not allowed in the bedrooms, however they are allowed on the sofas providing the throws supplied are used.
