Located to the west of the Hayle River in the charming village of Lelant; Porthia is roughly a thirty-minute stroll from both the lovely RSBP nature reserve at Hayle Estuary and the impressive, golden sands of Porthkidney beach. The ground floor features a fully integrated kitchen, complete with modern amenities; including a washing machine and dishwasher. The light and airy, open-plan living area consists of a dining table which is the perfect place to enjoy home-cooked delights or a family game night; while the living area has a flatscreen television and plenty of comfortable seating – ideal for watching a film together after a long day on the beach. There is also a handy cloakroom in the entrance hall with a wash basin and WC. Upstairs are three comfortable bedrooms. Bedroom one has a comfortable king-size bed and en-suite shower room. Bedroom two has a double bed and bedroom three has a single bed with a trundle bed below; both rooms are serviced by the family shower room equipped with a heated towel rail, power shower, shaver socket, wash basin and WC. Head out to the large, enclosed garden and relax in the Cornish sun with your favourite tipple, while the children play. This suntrap is the ideal place to enjoy lazy afternoons together. Porthia is only a short drive or train ride from the fantastic town of St Ives; filled with delicious eateries and independent shops, as well as being home to the Tate gallery and Barbara Hepworth Museum.
