This charming cottage set over three floors is perched conveniently on Quay Hill in an excellent position in the heart of the bustling village just on the edge of the beautiful Fowey harbour with the village café 2 pubs and local shop on your door step. Polruan still retains all of its original character as a working village with the traditional boatyard nearby which dates back to the Armada. There are extensive views over the estuary across to Fowey. Polruan is steeped in history and benefits from two village pubs and a passenger ferry that will take you across to Fowey which is known as the centre of sailing. Further afield there are plenty of places to visit and things to do why not visit the tall ships at Charlestown take the brewery tour in St Austell or visit the Eden project. There are also numerous National Trust sites in Cornwall such as Lanhydrock in Bodmin. Upon entering the cosy cottage you will find yourself in the open plan kitchen/dining area fitted with double oven and ceramic hob dishwasher washing machine and a dining table which can seat up to four guests.
