This apartment is located near the village of Millbrook in Cornwall and sleeps up to four people in two bedrooms.

All first floor. Two bedrooms: 1 x double, 1 x twin. Shower room with shower, basin and WC. Open-plan living area with kitchen, breakfast bar and sitting area.

Electric convector heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, TV, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot on request. Roadside parking available on clifftop. Shared rear decking with furniture. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 1.5 miles. Note: Children must be supervised due to proximity of open beach and steep cliff path. Note: Property accessed only via steep uneven cliff path and steps, which may not be suitable for the infirm. Note: Winch for assistance with luggage available from May 1st to September 30th, this is quite the novely for the area and we are proud to offer this service to assist our guests but please be advised outside this time the winch may not be available. Note: The beach is dog friendly throughout the year.
