Hillside is a two-bedroom cottage in the village of Crafthole, on the Rame Peninsula in south-east Cornwall. The property has accessible ground-floor facilities and a wood-burning stove in the sitting room - a practical choice for cooler months.

The ground floor includes a kitchen-diner with TV and a sitting room centred on the wood-burning stove. A walk-in shower room with basin and WC sits at ground level, with heated towel rails throughout. Upstairs, one double and one twin/double bedroom share a freestanding bath. The kitchen comes equipped with a dishwasher, Nespresso Vertuo Plus coffee machine, and a fridge-freezer.

Outside, 12 steps lead up to a rear garden with a small lawn, patio furniture, and a charcoal BBQ. Off-road parking is available at the front. Whitsand Bay - 4 miles of golden sand backed by high cliffs - is 1.9 miles away, while Downderry Beach is 3.2 miles to the west.

Crafthole has a shop and pub within 0.1 miles. The Rame Peninsula is one of the quieter corners of Cornwall, with coast path walks toward Rame Head and views out to the Eddystone Lighthouse. Plymouth is accessible via the Torpoint ferry, roughly 20 minutes from the eastern end of Whitsand Bay.
