The property is located in the market town of Wadebridge, home to many independent shops, galleries and places to drink and dine and is the gateway to the famous Camel Trail Cycle Route. Less than 7 miles away is the fishing village of Rock where guests can catch the ferry and travel across the estuary to the famous working fishing port and foodie’s paradise of Padstow. Also not to be missed is Polzeath beach, highly-regarded as one of the best surfing beaches in Cornwall and just over 7 miles away.
