Talland 4 is a three-bedroom holiday home on the Talland Bay estate in south Cornwall, sleeping seven. The property forms part of a 33-unit gated development between Looe and Polperro and is designed as accessible accommodation. Dogs are welcome.

Inside, the three bedrooms are served by one bathroom, with modern contemporary fittings throughout. The master bedroom opens onto a south-west facing balcony with double-aspect views over the gardens. Wi-Fi, a dishwasher, and a washing machine are provided.

Outside, a roof terrace reached by a spiral staircase looks out over the countryside towards the sea, providing space for outdoor dining. Parking is included, and the cottage has access to shared landscaped gardens. On-site facilities include a 12 by 6 metre indoor heated swimming pool, an outdoor naturally-filtered plunge pool open year round, a sauna, a small gym with changing rooms, and concierge services from the site managers. A hot tub is available to guests.

Talland Bay sits between Looe and Polperro on the South West Coast Path, with a small sandy beach just below the estate. Polperro, a traditional fishing village with narrow lanes and a working harbour, lies a mile west along the coast path. Looe, with its sandy beach, high street, and passenger ferry, is roughly two miles east. The Eden Project and the Lost Gardens of Heligan are both within about 45 minutes by car.
