Spend a morning wandering around the town, and visiting the independent shops before taking a trip to the sandy Gyllyngvase Beach (1 mile). In the evening, pick up some takeaway food to share on the property’s roomy courtyard or enjoy dinner at one of Falmouth’s many popular eateries.

You’ll enter this property onto the second floor where there’s a small sunroom with a spiral staircase leading down to the first level. Here you’ll find the main living space, an open-plan living room/diner. The attached kitchen area has an island unit in the middle. French doors from here lead to a private glass-fronted balcony overlooking the harbour. The twin room, as well as a shower room and WC, are also on this floor. Head downstairs to the two en-suite double bedrooms; the larger of these has French doors that lead to the private courtyard.

The courtyard is a fantastic space for relaxing, with plenty of furniture so you can enjoy meals in the fresh air. A unique feature of this property is the private dock, where you can leave your boat if you enjoy sailing.
