The first floor contains the kitchen (electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher) and an open living/dining room with Smart TV and WiFi. Three bedrooms are across the upper floors: a second-floor super-king with en-suite walk-in shower, a king-size with Jack-and-Jill access to a bathroom with bath and shower over, and a double. Falmouth town centre has the National Maritime Museum, Pendennis Castle, and a year-round programme of festivals. The Fal River ferry service connects to St Mawes and the Roseland.

Best for water-sports groups wanting secure garage storage for kayaks and bikes, within driving distance of two Blue Flag beaches. Less good for guests needing multiple parking spaces - off-road parking fits one car, though unrestricted roadside parking is nearby.
