Bramble Cottage

The south-facing patio is the first thing to know about Bramble Cottage: French doors from the open-plan living area open onto it, with communal lawn gardens beyond. It is an end-of-terrace house on the edge of the Pendra Loweth holiday village, a ten-minute drive from Falmouth.

Upstairs are three bedrooms for six guests: a double with a TV and an en-suite shower room, and two twins. The family bathroom has a bath with shower over, and a cloakroom sits on the ground floor. The kitchen has an induction hob, dishwasher and washer/dryer, and there is a Smart TV and WiFi.

Shared on-site facilities are a splash pool, Jacuzzi, tennis court and children's play area, all subject to seasonal opening times. The splash pool is about 3 metres on each side and 1.4 metres deep, and holds four people at once. The bar, restaurant, pool and Jacuzzi usually run from the beginning of April to the end of October.

There is one allocated off-road parking space, with visitor parking as well. Heating is electric, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included, with a cot and highchair available. One well-behaved pet is welcome. Check-in is from 5pm. The beach and a pub and restaurant are 1 mile away, and shops 3 miles. Bookings are for holidays only, sign-written vans and commercial vehicles are not permitted at the resort, and smoking is not allowed. The house suits families or two couples, and is less good for guests who want a shop close by.
