Padstow, with its shops, pubs, restaurants and bustling harbour is less than a mile away and classic sand and surf beaches, including Trevone Bay (2 miles) and Harlyn Bay (3 miles) are on the doorstep. Support fishing communities in Cornwall and the Scilly Isles with a visit to the National Lobster Hatchery, where you can even adopt a baby lobster. If water sports appeal, take the ferry across the beautiful Camel Estuary to Rock and learn the art of windsurfing, paddleboarding and more at the Camel Ski School.

The cottage’s airy living room is a great place to relax, with comfortable seating, a wood burner, Smart TV, Sky Sports and Sonos sound system. A feature archway opens to a bright and stylish kitchen/diner, with a breakfast bar, Smart TV and Bi folding doors leading to a patio. On the first floor are two light and bright king-size bedrooms, one with TV and an en-suite dual shower and WC, while the other has a view over the estuary. A third bedroom is a cute space with 3´bunk beds. The fully tiled bathroom has a shower over the bath and WC.

Outside, a paved patio with garden furniture leads to a lawn and summerhouse, with a gate to a rear access path.
