Within easy access of the A30, this fantastic home is perfectly placed as a base from which to explore the delights of Cornwall, and being less than three miles from the dog-friendly and wheelchair accessible beach of Perranporth, the location of the property offers visitors a special combination of countryside tranquility and coastal adventure. Newly built, The Coachman’s Halt feels full of character with a rustic porch opening through an extra wide entrance door into an open-plan living space, complete with chunky overhead beams and a unique, reclaimed antique chandelier. A pair of grand Chesterfield sofas frame the space, which also includes a wall-mounted flatscreen television and family sized farm-style dining table. A thoughtfully designed kitchen with height adjustable sink and height adjustable ceramic hob as well as low-level storage cupboards, a low height microwave, side opening oven and a remote-controlled fan mean whipping up those culinary classics is a complete breeze. Sleeping four guests, the property has two large bedrooms with a shared en-suite that includes underfloor heating and a full wet room to easily accommodates a mobile hoist if required.
