Beautiful Cornish Getaway, Static Caravan - Newperran Holiday Resort

The resort's on-site facilities - including an indoor swimming pool, restaurant, bar, and games room - make it a practical choice for families, particularly in changeable weather. The caravan has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, with a wood burner adding warmth on cooler evenings. A washing machine handles laundry, and WiFi covers the property. Outside, a sun terrace and garden provide space for sitting out. The resort's restaurant serves lunch and dinner, removing the need to drive for every meal.

Cubert sits between two of north Cornwall's well-known beaches. Crantock is roughly a mile to the northwest, across the Gannel estuary, while Holywell Bay lies about 2 miles to the north. Perranporth's 3-mile sandy beach is a short drive further west. The Penhale Sands dune system - one of the largest in Cornwall and a Site of Special Scientific Interest - extends along the coast between Holywell and Perranporth.

The A3075 connects the village to Newquay in one direction and Perranporth in the other, keeping surf beaches and town amenities within a 10-minute drive. Truro is about 14 km southeast, and the resort is 17 km from Newquay Cornwall Airport. Check-in is from 3pm, checkout by 11am.
