Carines Barns - Tre

Tre is the smallest of the Carines Barns collection - a single-storey, one-bedroom cottage for 2 guests at Carines Farm near Cubert. The barn conversion suits couples or solo travellers looking for a rural base between Crantock and Holywell Bay on the north Cornwall coast.

The single bedroom has a super king-size zip-and-link bed that can be configured as a twin. A bathroom with bath, shower over, basin, and WC sits adjacent. The open-plan living space combines kitchen, dining, and sitting areas, with a Smart TV and WiFi. The kitchen is well-equipped with an induction hob, fan-assisted oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, and washer/dryer. Biomass heating and solar panels keep the cottage warm with fuel and power included.

The enclosed rear garden has a patio area with seating, and guests share access to a larger lawn with football nets, a hammock, and a barbecue area. Off-road parking is provided. Up to four dogs are welcome, with more considered by the owner on request.

Crantock Beach is 1.3 miles northwest, reachable via quiet lanes through farmland. Porth Joke, a National Trust cove with no road access, lies 1.4 miles away. A bus stop at the entrance to the farm lane connects to Newquay, Holywell, and Crantock. Tre interconnects with Pen to sleep 7, and the full Carines Barns group accommodates up to 21 guests across five properties.
