Georgian boutique hotel above Penzance harbour with 6 sea-view rooms, hot tub, and communal Kitchen Suppers.

Chapel House is a Georgian townhouse above Penzance harbour on Chapel Street, the town's oldest thoroughfare. Six rooms and two suites are spread across the upper floors, each individually designed. All look out to sea - three have large windows with views across the harbour to St Michael's Mount and Lizard Point beyond.

A hot tub and sauna sit in the walled garden. Massage and breathwork sessions can be booked. Kitchen Suppers run several evenings a week - pre-dinner drinks, a set meal served communally around a long table, and live piano. On sunny days, meals move to the garden.

There is no car park, but Penzance has several public car parks within a 5-minute walk. Dogs are welcome in some rooms.

Chapel Street runs from the harbour up through Penzance's creative quarter - the Exchange gallery, independent shops, and cafes line both sides. The Jubilee Pool (Art Deco lido, geothermally heated) is a 10-minute walk along the promenade. Ferries to the Isles of Scilly depart from the harbour. Newlyn, with its working fishing fleet and Newlyn Art Gallery, is a mile south along the coast.
