Church House is a listed 16th-century property in East Looe, sleeping 4 across two bedrooms with two bathrooms. Reputedly once a tavern, the house features granite archways, exposed beams, and fine panelling, and appears on the Looe Heritage Trail as a site of historical significance.

Inside, a spacious kitchen-diner includes a gas cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, and an oak dining table for six. A twin bedroom sits on the ground floor with clip-linked beds that form a super-king. Steps lead up to a garden room with low beams and patio doors to the rear courtyard. A wide spiral staircase reaches the sitting room with a woodburning stove, and the double master has a 5ft four-poster bed and en-suite shower room.

Outside, the rear courtyard catches the afternoon sun with a table and chairs. Parking is at Millpool car park (approximately GBP 40 per week), with vehicle access to the property for unloading. Dogs are welcome.

East Looe Beach sits a short walk away through the narrow old-town streets, alongside the harbour, pubs, restaurants, and independent shops. A Victorian bridge connects to West Looe and Hannafore. The working fishing harbour still lands daily catch, and charter boats run after blue shark in summer. The South West Coast Path leaves the harbour heading west towards Talland Bay and Polperro, or east along the cliffs to Plaidy and Whitsand Bay.
