8 Hares Hollow is a single-storey two-bedroom cottage for four, part of a 12-property complex near Looe. One bedroom is a double and the other a twin, sharing a shower room with a heated towel rail that doubles as the property's one bathroom.

The open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining room overlooks a heated swimming pool shared across the complex and available in summer. Shared gardens, Wi-Fi, parking and a washing machine are included, and host Jeremy manages the booking, though there's no dishwasher and dogs are not accepted. Single-storey layout shouldn't be assumed to mean step-free access throughout.

The complex sits inland near Pelynt, a village with a 15th-century church and the Jubilee Inn, about 3 miles north of Looe and 4 miles west of Polperro. Talland Bay is 1.2 miles away, Lekerock Cove is 1.6 miles away and East Looe Beach is 2.3 miles from the cottage. Looe harbour itself is roughly 3 miles by road.
