3 River View

3 River View stands on the river front in Looe, 10 yards from the water and 75 yards from the beach. The house is set over three storeys and sleeps four in two bedrooms: a double on the third floor and a twin. The shower room has a walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC.

The kitchen/diner has an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher and coffee machine. On the second floor the sitting room opens through french doors onto a balcony above the river. There is a Smart TV, WiFi and a selection of books. A log burner in the house is decorative only and cannot be used. There is central heating, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included.

A shop and a pub are 0.1 miles away. The house has no parking of its own, so cars go in a public car park, and luggage taxis run from the car parks to the property.

Be aware of the steep stairs, and of the limited head room in the third-floor double. Pets are not accepted and smoking is not allowed. The house suits a couple or two friends who want to be on the water; it is less good for guests who would struggle with steep stairs, and for anyone travelling with a dog.
