Demelza 4 is a ground-floor apartment at Helford Passage on the north bank of the river Helford, sleeping up to four across two bedrooms. The apartment sits below Demelza 3 and has been refurbished and modernised to bring it up to a contemporary spec while keeping the key draw - direct access to the shared garden, pool and beach through separate gates off the back.

The gardens at Trebah and Glendurgan are a short drive along the coast, and Falmouth is reachable within around 20 minutes by car.
