Three-bedroom cottage in Looe, sleeps 6, dog-friendly, steps from East Looe Beach.
An inviting holiday home nestled in West Looe, this three-storey bolthole has a reverse-level design to maximise its views. From here, you and your family or friends can enjoy panoramic views out over the town and water from the living area or balcony. Sleeping six guests, it has three bedrooms and comes with a useful outbuilding for storing cycles and other equipment. From the cottage, venture less than 1 mile to reach East Looe Beach and its Banjo Pier or 3 miles to Plaidy Beach. Pick up the South West Coast Path and follow it in either direction along the cliffs: try the 5.5-mile stretch to the picturesque village of Polperro, via Talland, passing a sixth-century monastery along the way.
Climb the steps up to the front of this cottage then let yourselves in to find a bright kitchen/lounge/diner, with floor-to-ceiling windows, which pull the views right into the room. Slide these open on fine days to step out on to the balcony. Tear yourselves away from the stunning outlook to watch a film on the Smart TV with your nearest and dearest. Head through to the kitchen to cook hearty fare for your party to sit down to. Make your way down to the lower ground floor when it is time to turn in for the night. Here there is a king-size room, with fabulous views, and a twin. The family bathroom and a separate WC are also here. On the first floor is a further twin room. There is a utility outbuilding at the cottage which has space for bicycles and surf boards, as well as its appliances.
This cottage has no garden.
