4 Admiralty Court is a south-facing, split-level apartment in a 19th-century building positioned directly above East Looe Beach, sleeping 6 across three bedrooms. The upper floor holds a king-size bedroom and a 30-foot balcony with unobstructed sea views. The middle floor has a double-plus-single room and a twin, sharing a second bathroom. Every room in the apartment faces the water.

The open-plan living area connects kitchen, dining, and lounge with the same sea outlook. A dishwasher and washing machine handle the practicalities. Outside, the communal garden - shared with four other apartments in the building - leads directly onto the sand, roughly 50 metres from the waterline. The beach café sits within the same short walk.

Looe is one of Cornwall’s most active harbours, with fishing boats landing daily and Looe Island - a Cornwall Wildlife Trust nature reserve home to grey seals - just offshore. Boat trips to the island depart from the RNLI pontoon about 100 metres from the building. Hannafore Beach on the West Looe side is under a mile away and has rock pools accessible at low tide. The coast path west runs through woodland towards Polperro, around 4 miles.

**Best for:** Groups of 6 wanting a genuinely beachside location with harbour views and easy access to Looe town. **Less good for:** Families with dogs (no dogs allowed at East Looe Beach), those needing on-site parking (pay-and-display nearby but not included).
