1 Bake Cottage is a three-bedroom cottage in a converted 18th-century bakery on Fore Street, Looe. It sleeps six: a king room, a double, and a twin room whose beds join into a super king. East Looe Beach is 400 metres away.

The cottage runs over two floors. Downstairs holds a living room with a wood burner, a kitchen-diner, and the twin bedroom; upstairs has the king room, the double room, and the single family bathroom. A gated courtyard at the front fits a table and two chairs for morning coffee. One bathroom for six guests suits a family more than four unrelated adults sharing.

West Looe Quay is a minute's walk, where the fishing fleet moors and coastal cruises leave through the season. Cross the bridge into East Looe for the harbour, the beach, and the town's independent shops and cafes. Harbour pay-and-display parking sits under a minute from the door, and Millpool car park is a six-minute walk. Hannafore Bay, with views over Looe Island, is a short stroll further along, joining the coast path toward Polperro.

Best for a family of six or two couples happy to share one bathroom and walk everywhere in Looe. Less good for guests who need car access right outside the door or more than a single bathroom.
