Flat 4 at West Quay House is a two-bedroom apartment on the West Looe side of the harbour, sleeping four. The property looks out over the harbour and towards the sea, and is designed as accessible accommodation with parking on-site.

Inside, the two bedrooms share one bathroom. The living room and master bedroom windows face out across the water. Wi-Fi, a dishwasher, and a washing machine are provided.

East Looe Beach sits across the river, reached by a 10-minute walk over the bridge or a couple of minutes by ferry when it is running at high tide. East Looe's high street has shops, restaurants, and pubs, and the working fish quay operates alongside the harbour. On the West Looe side, cafes, small shops, and the Jolly Sailor - reputedly the oldest pub in Looe - sit close to the apartment.

Looe makes a good base for the south Cornwall coast. The South West Coast Path runs through the town, heading west towards Talland Bay and Polperro (about six miles) and east towards Plaidy and Rame Head. The Eden Project and the Lost Gardens of Heligan are within about 45 minutes by car, and Fowey and Plymouth are both within easy driving range for day trips.
