Set within Meadow Lakes Holiday Park near St Austell, this two-bedroom, two-bathroom cottage comes with its own private hot tub and access to the park's seasonal outdoor swimming pool. A wood burner in the living area adds warmth on cooler evenings.

The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, and a private entrance via a balcony and terrace. Wi-Fi is included throughout. The park itself has a games room, indoor and outdoor play areas, and a coffee shop on site - useful for families or rainy afternoons.

Outside, the terrace and balcony give garden views across the park grounds. The seasonal pool and communal picnic areas are within walking distance of the lodge.

Meadow Lakes sits in mid-Cornwall between the Eden Project (about 2 miles north-east of St Austell) and Charlestown's Georgian harbour, roughly 2 miles south of town. Carlyon Bay beach is about 2 miles south-east, a wide sandy stretch backed by cliffs. St Austell station connects to the GWR mainline for services toward Plymouth and beyond. Free private parking is provided on site, and the park's central position makes both the north coast at Newquay and the south coast harbours reachable within a short drive.
