Holm

Holm is a three-bedroom village property in Mevagissey with a private south-facing patio garden, private parking and a short walk into the harbour. Accessible ground-floor living suits guests who prefer to avoid stairs. Changeover is on Fridays, with prices from 587 GBP per week rising to 1,236 GBP at peak.

Outside, the suntrap patio garden is the main outdoor space, backed by off-road parking. Polstreath beach, Portmellon cove and Pentewan Sands all sit within about 1.5 miles, and crabbing off the harbour wall is a traditional pastime at the quay. The Lost Gardens of Heligan are a short drive inland for a half-day out.

Mevagissey is a working fishing village on the south coast with a double harbour, narrow lanes of painted cottages, and a good spread of pubs, cafes and restaurants. The Eden Project is about 15 minutes away by road, and the China Clay coast stretches north towards Fowey.
