Howldrevel is a four-bedroom house at Maenporth, the sandy cove a short drive south of Falmouth on the West Cornwall coast. The property has sea views, a hot tub and EV charging on site - a relatively rare combination at this scale - and accommodates up to eight guests across three bathrooms.

The South West Coast Path passes directly above the cove, connecting to Swanpool and Gyllyngvase beaches toward Falmouth and to Mawnan Smith and the Helford River in the other direction.

Falmouth itself sits under three miles away by road, with a working harbour, the National Maritime Museum Cornwall and a concentration of restaurants and galleries along the waterfront. The area suits guests wanting a coastal base within easy reach of Cornwall's largest natural harbour.
