Maenporth Beach - a sheltered, south-facing cove with the Cove Restaurant and Bar - is a few minutes' walk downhill from the cottage. The South West Coast Path runs along this section of coastline, connecting in both directions: west to Swanpool Beach and the outskirts of Falmouth, east past Rosemullion Head towards the Helford River. Trebah and Glendurgan Gardens on the Helford are a 15-minute drive.

Best for couples who want significant on-site leisure facilities without a hotel environment - the estate setup delivers proper amenities at self-catering scale. Less good for larger groups, as the property sleeps only two despite its three bedrooms.
