33 Lower Stables is a three-bedroom apartment on the Maenporth Estate, sitting roughly 200 metres above Maenporth Beach. The master bedroom looks directly over the bay, and a private balcony extends the sea views into the living space. Two further bedrooms sleep the remaining guests, with a family bathroom and a separate shower room serving the apartment.

The estate’s shared facilities are a key draw: a large heated indoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna, tennis court, and two pickleball courts are all included in the booking. A children’s play area makes the grounds practical for families. The apartment itself has a private hot tub, along with WiFi, parking, a dishwasher, and a washing machine.

The walk down to Maenporth Beach takes around 3 minutes on foot. The beach has a cafe and kayak hire in season. Swanpool Beach and the centre of Falmouth are both under 2.5km by road. This stretch of west Cornwall puts Helford Passage and the Lizard peninsula within an easy half-hour drive.

Best for families or groups of up to 5 who want resort-style amenities without sacrificing a genuine beach location. Less good for couples on a budget - the estate facilities are included in the price and it reflects that. From £703 per week with Saturday changeover.
