Cove 2 is a three-bedroom apartment on the Maenporth Estate in west Cornwall, sleeping five, with sea views across Maenporth Beach and direct access to one of the most complete leisure packages on the south Cornish coast. There is EV charging and parking on site.

Three bedrooms and two bathrooms are arranged around an open living and kitchen space fitted with dishwasher, washing machine, and Wi-Fi. The apartment faces the cove and has shared gardens directly adjoining.

Estate facilities open to guests include a heated indoor swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, jacuzzi, tennis courts, games room, and a children's play area. The Cove Restaurant sits above the sand and serves food through the day. Maenporth Beach itself is a south-facing sandy cove about 2 miles from Falmouth - calm water, a beach cafe, and kayak and paddleboard hire in season.

The South West Coast Path runs above the estate, connecting north to Swanpool Beach and south through cliff-top woodland towards Trebah Garden's private beach and the Helford River. Falmouth town centre, Pendennis Castle, and the National Maritime Museum are about 15 minutes by car.

**Best for:** accessible stays with full leisure facilities - pool, hot tub, and tennis without leaving the estate. **Less good for:** anyone wanting a remote or quiet rural setting (the estate is a managed development with communal areas).
