Inside, the layout is open-plan with sofas, armchairs, a dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen. The apartment has partial air-conditioning and soundproofing. The three bedrooms comprise one double, one single, and one with bunk beds, with one en-suite shower room and a family bathroom.

Outside, a terrace faces the bay and provides space for eating out. The estate itself covers 29 acres of mature gardens and woodland. On-site leisure facilities include a 15-metre indoor heated swimming pool with poolside seating and changing rooms, a sauna and jacuzzi, a Wi-Fi lounge overlooking the pool, and a sun terrace with communal barbecues. Swanpool Beach is 2.1 kilometres along the coast path and Porth Saxon 2.6 kilometres towards the Helford. Falmouth is about 10 minutes by car for the maritime museum, Pendennis Castle, and the town's pubs and independent shops.
