Porth Beach is a family friendly beach just a 15 minute walk away for all your swimming and sunbathing needs and the nearby bays of Newquay provide excellent surfing.  Drive further afield to visit famous eco visitor attraction The Eden Project (21 miles away) and picturesque fishing port town, Padstow (14 miles away).

Spend quality time together in the ground-floor, open-plan living, kitchen and dining room. The living area is cosy, country chic with its open fire, feature fireplace and exposed wood beams. You won’t be short of entertainment with the Smart TV complete with Netflix and Bluetooth speaker. The rustic kitchen features exposed brick walls and tiled floors. It’s well equipped for cooking up family dinners which you can enjoy at the seats-all dining table. Large French doors that lead to the attractive, secluded, garden flood the area with light. Upstairs you will find the family bathroom with shower cubicle and the three bedrooms, all with the added comfort of luxury quality bed linen. The twin and single bedrooms boast views over the local church; while the main bedroom has a king sized four-poster bed and an ensuite bathroom with bath and shower over.

Quality time in the great outdoors continues at the cottage thanks to its two spaces that catch the sun at different times of the day. Relax on the bench at the front, in the flower-strewn courtyard or head out back to the enclosed garden. Here you’ll find a surfboard rack and an outdoor, solar-heated shower that’s perfect post-beach. Light the BBQ and tuck into family meals al fresco at the table or sitting area, enjoying the surrounding potted plants and trellis archway. Opposite the cottage is an ideal walking trail which is perfect for both you and your dog.
