Lily House

Lily House is a 4-bedroom property in the centre of Polperro, within walking distance of the harbour, shops, pubs, and restaurants. The bedrooms include two with king-size beds (one en-suite), a double, and a twin - sleeping up to 8 guests. There is also a bathroom with a free-standing bath. The kitchen has a range cooker, dishwasher, microwave, and washing machine. The lounge seats 8 and has French doors opening to the outside.

A walled, gated courtyard garden has an outdoor dining table for 8. Two of the bedrooms have small balconies. On-site parking for 2-3 cars is a real advantage in Polperro, where street parking is limited. Dogs are welcome (up to 2, with a weekly charge of 30 pounds per dog). WiFi, bed linen, and towels are all included.

The South West Coast Path passes through the village. Talland Bay is about 2 miles away, and Lansallos beach is roughly 4 miles along the coast. Looe, with its fishing trips and sailing club, is approximately 4 miles to the east.
